Our client is a leading ASX listed diversified property group who are leaders in their field. They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager with experience within shopping centres to join the team initially for a three month contract based in South West Sydney.

This is an exciting time to join a well respected property group. Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsibility for the marketing budget and spend
• Responsibility in creating the annual marketing plan ensuring synergy with the centres strategic intent and direction
• Analysing customer demographics and devising marketing strategies accordingly
• Financial reporting back to centre manager on marketing returns
• Managing all centre promotions
• Managing all media, agency and local community relationships

The desired candidate for the role will have a number of years experience in a marketing management role. Prior experience within shopping centres is essential. Candidates will need to be solid communicators in both a written and verbal context and will also be able to establish solid relationships both within and externally to the business.

This is an immediate requirement so candidates will need to be available to commence at short notice. Whilst this is initially a three month contract there is potential for it to extend or go permanent.
