This is your opportunity to join a boutique hotel in Sydney CBD. We are searching for an experienced and friendly GUEST SERVICE AGENT to become the newest member of this busy city hotel. As GSA you will working various morning and afternoon shifts and will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk including check in and out, assisting reservations, booking tours and providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
•Minimum 1 year experience in an accommodation hotel reception role is ESSENTIAL
•Outstanding personality
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Able to show proven dedication to the hospitality industry
•Knowledge of Opera is ESSENTIAL
