Structural Engineer Senior/Principal Level. $146k - $122k Influential Leader?
The focus here will be in the area of growing a team. The current output is in need of a lot of direction and strategic growth.
With your proven track record for 'influential leadership' in the development and training of staff, you will be t he catalyst for creating excellence within the Structural Team and ensuring excellence is instilled.
Initially it would be envisaged that 35% of your time would be dedicated to this improvement. The balance of your time will be managing an existing client base.
A sample of projects include:
- 4 Story $48 Million Shopping Centre.
- $12 Million Community Centre made up of leisure activity facilities.
Needless to say that for this role you would need to have at least 8 years experience with the last 2-3 years in a staff development role at a supervisor/manager level and be professionally qualified.
