Civil Designer - Senior 12D $110-85k . Lead within 12mths. Best environment
Join a successful and growing civil team and lead a small design drafting team of 4. Currently projects include a Major petrol distributor, 200 lot subdivisions and Shopping centre complex south of the city with 700 car spaces
Ideally seeking a senior with passion to continue the excellent environment that currently exists including regular Bar-be-cues, in house sporting competitions, quarterly weekend adventure days and general after work fun events, like wet tee shirt competitions.
Recently moved to new location west of the city with Bus and train stations close by, plus oodles of café’s to choose from
The situation here is that the current Design Manager is looking to retire within the next 12 -18 months so this successful mid-sized consultancy needs a talented Civil Designer to fill his shoes ideally as soon as possible complete the settling In process.
This role encompasses;

This role encompasses;
- Detailed design
- Construction supervision
- Staff mentoring
- Stacks of Client liaison
Great overall exposure to Civil projects and access a progression quicker than working for a large company with a heavy reporting structure.
Will suit a Civil Designer with 7+ years experience and confident 12D design skills and leadership qualities
