- Opportunity to fast track into medical device sales
- $60,000 - $65,000 + super, company vehicle and uncapped bonus potential
- Sydney Location
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting a portfolio of Healthcare products, services and programs to primary care organisations and customers in a highly professional, ethical and knowledgeable manner.
In this active on the road pos ition, you will provide a pivotal role in the Company's reputation. You will be responsible for providing service and sales support to customers, coordination of services, evaluating and developing current relationships, presentation of products and the management and execution of targeted new business. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with potential and existing customers
- Act as a primary liaison with accounts
- Perform all phases of sales activities for assigned territory
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop strategies
- Provide in-servicing and clinical information on new and existing products
- Research potential customers via prospecting and cold calling
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of competitive products and services
- Provide reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales and projects
- Knowledgeable & compliant with regulatory & legal policies
- Successful track record in the medical/pharmaceutical markets with a strong understanding of the GP market
- Successful track record including the successful launch of new products or service programs
- Ability to work independently with demonstrated results in a key sales position
- Must be able to demonstrate continued success in sales achievements
- Displays a passionate attitude toward the role of selling.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business, economic and/or financial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent consultative selling skills
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to effectively influence
- Good territory planning skills
