Our client is a leading construction & project management company based in South Sydney. They have successfully completed commercial, retail, hospitality and aged care projects valued up to $10,000,000. Due to the continued growth and success of the company, our client is looking for an experienc ed Estimator to compliment and expand an already successful team.
They have a very high staff retention rate due to the way they treat their employees when it comes to working conditions, professional development, career advancement opportunities and remuneration levels.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 5 years construction industry knowledge and already have estimating experience in the presentation and negotiation of high quality tenders.
Reporting to boards of directors, the successful applicant will be responsible for the total management of the tender process for a variety of projects across the disciplines of commercial and retail projects valued up to $5M.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to control budgets are invaluable. If you have the initiative, enthusiasm, and desire to succeed then this will be a rewarding working environment.
