The path to Partnership is clear as a direct result of the recent and continuing growth of this division within the firm. The growth strategy of the private client division needs a S enior Manager with Partnership aspirations.
Your Business Development skills will ensure you grow your portfolio to a level where the step to Partnership is almost a formality. You will be responsible for identifying potential targets and liaising with them, turning them in to new clients. Furthermore, you’ll gain such a good understanding of your clients that you’ll be able to identify areas where other services lines within the firm can add value to their business.
Your advanced tax knowledge will continue to evolve as you’re continually exposed to intricate issues . Examples of this include CGT issues, consolidations, Division 40, payment of dividends, capital vs revenue, derivation of income, trust income recognition and mergers and acquisitions.

The role is ideal for someone at the Senior Manager level of a 2nd tier or big 4 firm looking to make their biggest move of their career.
