Solution:
Manage client files from different industries and with a range of turnovers. Industries range from manufacturers, retailers and restaurants through to construction groups.
Obviously their turnovers also range, so you will not only experience the traditional compliance issues of smaller businesses but more complex issues like various tax issues of entities with turnover up to $100m .
You will start to manage your team’s internal budget forecasts and monthly net income calculations with close guidance and support from one of the Partners. This kind of interaction with a strong leader will give you the ability to absorb his methodologies for use in a future Manager role.
There are only a few opportunities to join this Top 10 firm as a Senior Accountant as they have a culture of promoting within. This position has come out of growth and is a result of promotions. They are committed to providing their staff with future options. From the start a progression plan will be determined to progress you to Supervisor / Assistant Manager position within the next year.
The high level of assignments at this firm means that you will need at least 4 years Australian Business Services experience and either have your CA or be close to finishing.
