- Been branded for exceeding company expectations and are notorious for effectively managing your own portfolio of a vast array of clients?
- Exceeding budgets & product ivity requirements, you will take on your own portfolio generating $1.2M
- Substantial fees base commands a well-practiced professional to deal with large companies and ASX listed entities
- Significant amount of time in this role is dedicated to consulting. You get to decide just how much
- Have a small team of 4 consisting of 2 Seniors and 2 Intermediates to manage, train and develop
- Reviews are conducted twice a year and the Partners focus more on your effectiveness in the role, than whole long you’ve been with them
- Display you are ready to take on a Manager role, and the Partners can keen to take you to that next level
- Social events on the calendar to keep a focus on work/life balance such as sporting events, BBQs and trivia nights
