This gorgeous not for profit centre located in the Inner City Suburbs is seeking a Diploma Qualified Child Care Worker to join their team. Commencing immediately, you will enjoy working in a well resourced, well established centre that is community focused.  This centre has a great reputation and an excellent input and contribution by the families.  Enjoy working with a team of individuals that are continually striving their own knowledge and best practice.  
 
Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:

• Support & guide the children in their learning 
• Co-ordinate and run group times
• Encourage & promote positive behaviours 
• Supervise children's play ensuring their physical safety is met at all times 
• Develop professional relationships will colleagues, children and parents 
• Document and maintain child portfolios & observations
• Assist in daily routines

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A Diploma in Children's Services 
• A current First Aid Certificate 
• An understanding of all the developmental areas for children 
• Previous experience within a child care environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• The ability to work within a team 
• A flexible and reliable attitude
