Working in a senior role for the performance and reporting team you will be required to establish and develop effective working relationships across the insurance business. You will be supporting the head of finance in meeting financial and strategic requirements for the relevant units by providing business results with the view to providing actionable advice and identifying business opportunities. In addition you will be asked to review business cases for new intiatives and manage a small team of 2.

This is a decision support role therefore requires an individual with stakeholder management skills of the highest order. Previous experience within an analytical role in the financial services sector is essential. Insurance is preferable. You must be a qualified accountant (CA,CPA,CA,CIMA or equivalent) and have a strong modelling background as well as be able to demonstrate a consistent level of progression throughout your career. Experience managing a small team is also desirable.
